Who Is It For?

IV-FINANCE is designed for companies running financial management and accounting operations, and for multi-company groups preparing group data. For trial balance accuracy, bank reconciliation, VAT signals, department cost and data preparation for group reporting. Actual consolidation (eliminations, consolidated statements) is not part of IV-FINANCE. IV-FINANCE does not create statutory books, file returns, or issue e-invoices/e-ledgers.

  • CFOs and finance directors — Management report, reconciliation and decision support
  • Accounting and finance management — Ledger, trial balance, payroll and VAT control
  • CPAs and financial advisors — Client portfolio, periodic report and audit trace
  • Company owners and holding management — Intra-group transfer visibility, multi-company data preparation and cash flow

Workflow

How is a decision package formed in IV-FINANCE?

  1. Data Intake — Financial data is imported from trial-balance/ledger files exported from your accounting/ERP program, e-Document XML, bank statement files (XLSX/CSV) and manual entry.
  2. Matching — Company, account code, cost center and document matching profiles are versioned and approved.
  3. Integrity Check — Trial balance check, VAT consistency, bank reconciliation and payroll-SGK control. Low-confidence signals appear as warnings.
  4. Risk Analysis — Overdue collections, VAT differences, budget deviation, department cost anomalies and intercompany inconsistency signals.
  5. Decision Package — Reports that pass blocking and warning checks are generated as PDF, XLSX, PPTX and a decision screen.
  6. Trace Record — The report, source trace, control status and approval chain are stored with auditable record logic.

System Boundary

What is IV-FINANCE NOT?

IV-FINANCE does not replace accounting, bookkeeping, ERP or e-transformation products. Those products handle recording, invoicing, banking, payroll, inventory and operational processes more comprehensively. IV-FINANCE is positioned as the decision, control and evidence layer on top of those tools. It does not create statutory books, file returns, issue e-invoices/e-ledgers, or post accounting vouchers.

  • Global accounting and ERP products handle recording, invoicing and banking operations more broadly.
  • Local accounting and e-transformation products handle accounting, payroll and e-ledger operations in Turkey more comprehensively.
  • What sets IV-FINANCE apart is controlling the data from these systems at the decision, approval, reconciliation and evidence layer.
