Product Rename: IV-CORE is now IV-FINANCE

Our financial control system has been renamed from IV-CORE to IV-FINANCE (Financial Control OS) to better reflect the service it provides. Scope, pricing and product boundaries are unchanged. Old links (/systems/iv-core/) redirect automatically to the new page.

Production Launch

IconVio reached its first production release. Authorized access, audit trail, data intake, project control, financial control, reconciliation and System Assistant boundaries are open for pilot use. The first three systems (IV-INPRO, IV-PROJECT, IV-FINANCE) are active with selected users.

Audit Trail and Approval Records

Auditable record logic for critical transactions, approvals and outputs was completed. The public changelog does not publish internal algorithm or database details.

Authorized Access

Workspace, role and module-level access controls were completed. Users can act only within the scope assigned to them.

System Assistant Boundaries

ZIYA produces suggestions and explanations; it does not change data, finalize reports or replace authorized approval.

Reconciliation and Control

Consistency controls across project, finance, data intake and report readiness were completed. Deviation and missing-source signals are visible to managers.

Financial Control

IV-FINANCE deterministic financial control engine completed. Ledger, trial balance, VAT signal, bank reconciliation and department cost analysis.

Project Control

IV-PROJECT deterministic project control engine completed. Budget, progress payment, EAC, CPI/SPI, subcontractor cost and sector taxonomy.

Data Intake and Validation

Validation, matching and error notification controls for file and manual data intake are active.

Income and Expense Records

Income-expense records, exchange rates, tax context and period reporting flows were added to the pilot scope.

Initial Release

Initial alpha release of the IconVio platform. Core product language, design system and first three system drafts were established.
