System Assistant Boundaries
ZIYA is the System Assistant that produces suggestions and explanations inside IconVio. It does not change data, finalize reports or replace authorized approval.
What ZIYA Never Does
In IconVio, ZIYA only supports defined product tasks. Data modification, report finalization, export and actions on behalf of the user are limited by control rules, permission rules and authorized approval when necessary.
- Does not change data — ZIYA cannot alter financial reality.
- Does not finalize reports — ZIYA cannot silently approve or finalize reports.
- Does not make official decisions — ZIYA is not an official decision-making authority.
- Warns before approval — Missing documents, bank reconciliation and low confidence signals are flagged.
Assistant Boundaries
ZIYA works within three public responsibility boundaries:
- Purpose Check — Requests must match an approved product task.
- Data Minimization — Sensitive data is limited to what the task requires.
- Trace — Assistant activity is recorded for authorized review.
Authorized Use
Assistant access follows the user's approved authority level. Sensitive suggestions and report-impacting actions require the appropriate approval path.
Usage Controls
If abnormal or excessive assistant usage is detected, the assistant layer can be limited while core reporting continues with control rules.
Assistant Switch
The user or account manager can disable the ZIYA layer. In this case, System Assistant suggestions stop, but core reporting, control engines and approval chain continue unchanged.
