Terms of Service
Service agreement for using the IconVio platform.
1. Parties
This agreement is between IconVio Technology Inc. ("IconVio") and the natural or legal person using the platform ("User").
2. Service Scope
IconVio provides a decision and trust layer SaaS service on top of ERP. Service scope is determined by the user's selected system (IV-INPRO, IV-PROJECT, IV-FINANCE) and package.
3. User Obligations
The User:
- Must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Uses the platform for lawful purposes.
- Reports unauthorized access attempts.
- Is responsible for the accuracy of their own data.
4. IconVio Obligations
IconVio:
- Provides the service continuously and reliably.
- Applies data security, authorized access and audit trail controls.
- Maintains KVKK compliance.
- Notifies of planned maintenance in advance.
5. Liability Limitation
IconVio is not an accounting program, full ERP or tax filing system. The System Assistant never makes final decisions alone. IconVio makes decision data more traceable; it does not provide financial or legal advice.
6. Termination
The User can close their account at any time. Data is retained within KVKK periods and then securely deleted. IconVio may suspend the account in case of terms violation.
7. Changes
These terms may be changed with prior notice. The User may terminate the service if they do not accept the changes.
