Data is shared with third parties only in the following cases:

Data Security

Security controls include transport protection, tenant isolation, audit evidence, access logging, and vendor review where applicable. Exact at-rest encryption and hosting guarantees are documented in the active infrastructure record.

System Assistant and Automated Analysis

The System Assistant is not a final decision-making authority. Our default policy is not to use customer workspace data to train general-purpose models. If unmasked personal data or a trade secret must be transferred to a third-party LLM, a data processing agreement, a no-training commitment, and — where KVKK applies — the KVKK Art. 9 transfer mechanism are required.
